30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the 30-Day Weight Loss Plan isn’t right for you.
To request a refund, contact us at wendy.weightloss@aol.com and include the email address or order details used when placing your order.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Digital Products
The 30-Day Weight Loss Plan is a digital product delivered electronically after purchase. There is no physical item to return.
If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at wendy.weightloss@aol.com and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once or believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible at wendy.weightloss@aol.com so we can review your order.
Exchanges
Because our products are digital, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you purchased the wrong digital product, contact us and we’ll review your request.
European Union Cooling-Off Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.
For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, your statutory right to cancel may be affected once delivery begins where you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the applicable consequences for your cancellation rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at wendy.weightloss@aol.com.
